At Americana Pipedream Apparel, we want you to be fully satisfied with your vintage-inspired gear. If your order isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original condition.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply print it out and securely package your apparel in its original mailer.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. We recommend obtaining a tracking receipt to ensure your return arrives safely at our warehouse.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Our team will inspect the items within 3-5 business days of arrival. Once cleared, we will issue your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items.
